FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Riabilitango method?

It is a structured approach that uses the elements of Argentine tango – walking, embrace, musical listening – as exercises for psychophysical wellbeing. Every session is designed around specific goals.

Do I need to know how to dance?

No. Tango therapy requires no experience: we start with simple movements and progress according to each person's abilities.

Do I need a partner?

Not at all. In groups partners rotate, and in individual sessions you dance with one of us.

Does it replace medical therapy?

No, tango therapy is a complementary activity. If you have a medical condition, we always recommend consulting your doctor.

We offer cycles of 8 or 12 weekly 60-minute sessions, individual or in groups.
